GRN has been managed and promoted through the GRN Steering Committee with the support of the Institute of Education Research and Service (IERS) at the International Christian University (ICU), Japan. This Steering Committee defines the joint research and development projects, and oversee the implementation of those projects.
Members of the GRN include researchers, educators, and policy makers who are interested in liberal arts education. The Steering Committee is responsible for the addition or removal of members.
